What happens after the end of the term of the promotion?

We seek to keep our prices the lowest among major hosting companies, and we currently have absolutely no plans to raise our prices. However, our lawyers tell us to make sure we reserve the right to notify you prior to the end of your hosting term of any pricing changes.

Do I have to switch to Zipa during October of 2003?

No. However, you must accept a hosting agreement now to take advantage of this offer. Then, the start date for the hosting must be some time within the next 6 months.

What types of hosting is covered in this offer?

We can beat your current costs by 25% whether you are using dedicated or shared hosting.

What are the requirements of the invoice that Zipa will beat by 25%?

The bill that you fax to us must be current in the past 60 days. The invoice must be from an established hosting company. All invoices, payments and other forms of proof are subject to verification. Verification generally will simply require you to fax us a copy of your most recent web hosting bill or enter a URL of an advertised web hosting rate here. If you are faxing your bill please write your confirmation number, clearly on the top your bill or use the cover sheet provided. Final approval is left to the discretion of Zipa.

Will Zipa beat the price of hardware by 25%?

No. The 25% guarantee offered by Zipa does not extend to the price of hardware. However, feel free to make us a proposal.

What limitations are in place for customer size?

The promotion is available for customers requiring no more than two full racks of space and no more than 5 MB/Second of bandwidth. Zipa may provide 25% discounts to larger customers on a case-by-case basis. If you are already in the Zipa datacenter , then you are not able to participate in this promotion.

What are the steps of the process for becoming a Zipa customer at 25% lower than what I am currently paying for hosting?

1. Fill out the online form, including your name, address, contact information and what you are being charged and what you receive in hosting. We may require you to fax a copy of your bill too.
2. Create a free account at Zipa.com.
3. Sign the contract offered by Zipa.
4. Start hosting with Zipa.
