To submit a trouble ticket, you must first log into your account at my.zipa.com (opens in a new window). Click 'Support Center' in the left hand menu. Under the 'Support Center' menu, follow the link to 'Make a Ticket'. Please fill out the form to send your response to our customer support specialists, who will promptly answer your questions and assist with any difficulties using our service.
